Overview
This website is operated by Aslusso ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of service, together with our Refund, Shipping and Privacy policies. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Using the store
You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use the store for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with its security or operation, and not to send viruses or other harmful code.
Products and descriptions
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Photos show the product on different pets and in staged settings, so colours, scale and details can look slightly different on your screen and on your pet. Some product photos are digitally created to show how the costume looks when worn. If something you receive doesn't match its description, our Refund policy applies.
Pet safety
Our costumes are decorative. Stay with your pet while they wear one, check the fit before use, and take it off if your pet seems stressed or uncomfortable. Never leave a pet unattended in a costume. We're not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse.
Prices and offers
Prices are shown in US dollars unless your checkout shows otherwise. We can change prices, offers and discounts at any time, but changes never affect an order you've already placed. Multi-item and welcome offers apply as described at checkout and can't be combined unless the checkout says so.
Orders and payment
We can refuse or cancel any order, including orders that look fraudulent or that contain a pricing error. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we refund you in full. You agree to give current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery times are estimates, as described in our Shipping policy. Ownership and risk pass to you when the order is delivered to the address you gave us.
Third-party services
Payments, checkout, hosting and tracking are provided by third parties such as Shopify and its payment partners. Their own terms apply to their services. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we're not responsible for their content.
Intellectual property
The text, photos, graphics and design of this site belong to Aslusso or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
Errors
The site may occasionally contain typing errors or out-of-date information about prices, availability or delivery. We can correct them at any time, including after you've placed an order.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and products are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in the country where you live.
