Processing
We prepare and ship orders within 1 to 3 business days. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times and costs
- Free tracked shipping on every order: about 9 to 15 days to the United States and 12 to 25 days to the rest of the world, counted from the day you order.
- Express, $2.55: priority handling, chosen at checkout.
These are estimates from our carriers, not guarantees. Busy periods, weather and customs can add time.
Halloween
For delivery before Halloween in the United States, order by October 15 with free shipping. After that date, choose express at checkout. We can't guarantee a delivery date.
Tracking
Use the tracking link in your shipping email, or the Track my order page. Tracking can take 2 to 3 days to show the first scan. If it hasn't moved for 7 days, contact us.
Duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are paid by the buyer.
Address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away. Once an order has shipped, we can't change where it goes.
